We await you in our beautiful studio in Romsdalen Sentrum.
Classes can only be booked online, not by phone or email, and you must have a valid membership, punch card or drop-in ticket to be able to check in for the class. Check-in takes place at the reception where the instructor checks you off the list.
Cancellation of classes is free of charge, but must be done no later than 1 hour before the class starts.
To unsubscribe, use the link you received in the email when you signed up for the class.
We open the yoga studio about 15 minutes before the class starts.
Green classes are drop-in classes and open to everyone, pink classes are courses/workshops.
